❖    Duel Database Model. One for Army Jawans records & Second for User/Admin Details & Access Control Module.

❖    Database MySQL with NO DIRECT ACCESS.

❖    Middle ware Utility to upload, Download & Storing database with multiple tables for each Menu/head of IVRS.

❖    Password Protection even for IVR Automated Access of Database.

❖    Admin Access Password controlled.

❖    User Access Password controlled.

❖    Limited information on IVRS pertaining to IVR menus only. No Complete database is available on IVRS.

❖    Manual Upload of DATA via CD ROM. Once uploaded the CD is always destroyed to avoid any chance of leaking the information.
